7B™ Ballistic Plate Carrier is a registered design developed for demanding usage environments. The outer shell is constructed from licensed CORDURA® fabric with a four-layer PU coating, offering high resistance to abrasion and environmental factors. YKK® buckles and high-strength polyester webbing ensure structural integrity and long service life.

The inner surface features a 3D mesh structure that enhances airflow and reduces heat buildup during extended use. The MOLLE/PALS system allows modular configuration with mission-specific pouches and accessories. Plate compartments are compatible with all NIJ standard plate sizes and are designed to prevent sagging or unwanted movement during dynamic motion.

Ergonomic shoulder pads distribute weight evenly, improving comfort especially when used with additional load-bearing equipment. The carrier includes a rapid donning system and an integrated quick-release mechanism at the back, enabling fast disengagement in emergency situations. Minimal hook-and-loop usage supports noise discipline in environments where silence is critical.
