The OZA™ Assault Vest is the result of 5 years of field testing, real-world operational feedback, and continuous development. Combining durability, modularity, and advanced ergonomics in a single system, it represents a leading configuration in its segment.

Reinforced CORDURA® fabric provides superior resistance to abrasion and demanding environmental conditions. Its rigid structural construction prevents sagging under load and helps the vest maintain its shape. Professional-grade custom YKK® quick-release buckles allow the vest to be fully released in just 1 second with two controlled movements, even when carrying a heavy load. In critical situations, the system can be disengaged immediately without unnecessary delay.

NIJ-compatible, full-coverage plate compartments feature an additional internal retention layer that securely locks the armor plates in position, minimizing the risk of shifting or displacement during movement. A breathable 3D mesh structure on the inner surface promotes increased airflow and improves comfort during extended wear.

Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS modular platforms are positioned on both the front and rear. The front features a fully removable modular panel that can be changed according to mission requirements. An additional hook-and-loop MOLLE/PALS platform beneath the removable panel enables rapid adaptation to different loadout configurations. A quick-access upper front pocket provides secure storage for a phone or similar equipment.

The side panels are fully removable and adjustable, featuring MOLLE/PALS modular attachment surfaces and breathable 3D mesh construction. This design promotes airflow while helping reduce clothing wear caused by friction. A dedicated internal hook-and-loop attachment area allows the M.E.K.A.™ Radio Pouch to be mounted internally, supporting improved load distribution and enhanced ergonomics in the field. Precise fit adjustment is achieved through the rear hook-and-loop panel and front YKK® buckles. The shoulder system is also fully adjustable through a combination of webbing and hook-and-loop fastening for balanced load distribution.

A reinforced evacuation handle positioned on the rear is designed to assist with casualty dragging and emergency personnel extraction.
